Depending on which graphics card you have (nVidia or AMD/ATI), the
procedure for fixing this is different. For AMD/ATI, do the following:
- Right-Click an empty area of the desktop, then select "ATI Catalyst
Control Center"
- Under "Graphics Settings", make the appropriate changes under
"Video"
- Click OK
