Since I followed the advice and opened 'netplwiz' to avoid entering password every time laptop sleeps/logoff, I have had nothing but trouble.
Twice, I have had to get codes by telephone, then last night when I entered the code I found under Users, 5 different user accounts all different versions of me???
Plus all my music has been wiped form Windows Media player and I am at the end of my tether with all this Microsoft interference.
Why can't I just tdecide if I want to use passwords or not. I am the only person who uses this laptop.
Support is of no use whatsoever...simply directs you somewhere else.
I am scared to logout in case I can't get back in.
Help, please help, anybody... straightforward language please.
