Code error 8024800A on windows 8

I am trying to update windows on my Toshiba C855D and I get a code error 8024800A. I try to resolve the problem with another post by RaulMora on the post from March20 2013 but it did not work. The computer also does not turn off completly after pressing
the power button. This is a real mess, please help!!
