Cloning 2 computers - Activation

My company bought 4 HP laptops each one with Windows XP Home.
For some reason we had to send back one of them to repair and the HD had to
be changed. we received it with a new XP installation.
I wanted to have all the programs and settings that are the same for all the
computers so I cloned the HD with an existing one.
I changed the name of the machine to avoid name conflict in the network but
I want to know how to re register the specific serial of this computer to
avoid registration problems.
How do I do that?

Well, thank you very much.
I tried this program which probably should be working perfectly well and was
amazed to discover that the serial on the machine was different from the one
on the sticker, and the serial on the sticker is not corresponding to a
valid serial for this model.
I checked all four computers and ALL four of them have a different serial
from the sticker.
They were all bought direct from HP...
Anyway, I didn't have a problem with the Genuine Advantage stuff...
So thanks for the help anyway.

I'm not sure what you mean by the Product Key being different from the
Serial Number; usually the Serial Number has nothing to do with the
Product key so it would not be surprising that they are different. If
you used a system inventory program like Belarc Advisor or Magic Jelly
Bean to see what Product Key is on the hard drive, it is normal for the
Product Key on the hard drive to be different from the one on the
sticker when dealing with machines from large OEMs like HP or Dell. The
hard drive Product Key is the volume licensed one that HP uses; the
correct one for reinstallation by the end user (you) is the one on the
sticker.

That is perfectly normal, the OS is installed on the drive at the factory
using imaging with some special license, the product key on an OEM system
will rarely match the one on the COA.

Now you got me mixed up.
I assumed that the Product Key / Activation Key / Serial Number were all the
same.
When I try to enter the number on the sticker in the JellyBean program, I
get an error that the number is not a valid one.

Again: The Product Key you find with an inventory program such as Magic
Jelly Bean on an OEM machine (Dell, HP, Sony, etc.) is *not* the correct
Product Key for your installation. The Product Key found on the hard
drive is the volume-licensed one owned by the OEM.

The Product Key on the physical sticker on the outside of the computer
is the correct one for the end user (you) to use.
