Hello

Something odd is happening with some of my users. They have Remote Desktop
Client to connect to TS on a 2k3R2 server. The server has 5 liscenses
available, so they connect without a problem. The problem is when they
connect, the terminal services has a problem with their printers. All the
users have the same localy connected dell printers on their desktop. The
drivers are installed on the server, and when someone logs in, it sets up the
printer (e.g. Dell laserjet on session 2) for them perfectly. The problem
is, if more than 2 people log in, the Terminal services removes the printers
for the earlier sessions, swaping them with newer sessions printers. So:

User a logs in (with their own ID), they get Dell Laserjet on Session 2.
User b then logs in, they get Dell Laserjet on Session 3.
User c logs in, they get Dell Lasejet on session 4, BUT user a, who's still
in, loses their printer, and it gets replaced with the one in session 4

Any ideas as to why this would occurr?

Thanks

Have you double-checked that the users have unique profile paths?
I could swear that this is only possible if they have the same
profile. And that can happen if you create new accounts by copying
from existing accounts, and didn't user the %username% placeholder.

I know they do, both locally, and the terminal services profile, but I may
have hard coded the paths, rather than using the environment variable....i'll
have them run a "set" command, and see what comes up.
