This is because Disk Cleanup does not count files that have been
modified/accessed in the last 7 days. You can change the setting though.

Yes I know that there's lots of people in this forum who say forget about
Disk Cleanup, but I have a question. There's many references to using
cleanup for deleting windows temp files, but the content of this folder
displayed by cleanup is always zero. Why is this when there's about 5mb of
junk in there?
