I just bought new DELL EPS 8700 with 12 GB I thought it would be the best but finding out it has more problems then anything , my cricut machine does not want to talk to PC at all had cricut support on phone twice now have spend hurs trying to get this darn thing to work with new PC , but no luck they tryed going into windows defenders and telling it to allow cricut & cricut syn. but still no good they had re installed cricut for 8.1 format and told me to re-format my cricut maching with syn. but that now really made a mess of things now the machine got half way up to to date and lost communication with unit tryed numours times with no luck called Dell up asking them for help since it is new PC and they say they do not get in vovled with 3rd party sofeware problems , but in my eyes it is the PC causeing the problem with my cricut it use to work on old pc which was XP running out of ideas to fix problem and cricut support has about given up with my PC , I have no virus protection even loaded into PC except what ever came from Dell !
