choppy or intermittent video

Why cant i watch online video clips such as u tube, etc. without a 10 second
video taking literally 5 minutes to watch. Video starts, plays for a couple
seconds, stops then a minute later starts , plays for a couple more seconds.
and so on. Brand new laptop, please help.......................

Download, save and run the Flash Player uninstaller.

http://www.softwarepatch.com/software/flash-uninstaller-program.html

Having completed this task, do a search on Flash player in your browser, and
install re-install Flash Player.

Also, do a search on 'Sun Java' and install it..
