I am running Windows 8.0
Samsung service recently had to wipe and reset the computer.
The XPS Printer is not printing now. It worked before. I use QuickBooks and it uses it to print and send invoices.
I need to change the settings on the XPS Printer to "Allow" "Everyone" to do everything that is checkable. However, all the boxes to check are grayed out and will not allow me to check them. I went into "Advanced Settings" and it did not allow me to do it either. I ran the computer in "Safe Mode" to change the security settings on the printer. But, in Win 8.0 (& 8.1 so I found out), I can not view printers in safe mode.
How do I change the security settings in the printer properties of the XPS Printer running Win 8.0?
