Certificate Error 'the name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name...

When starting up my computer after the antivirus and skype have loaded,

I've recently started getting a Security Alert box appear. The attachments show you what I'm seeing.

I'm being told 'the name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site'

If I click yes or no to the 'do you want to proceed', nothing happens.

How do I make this Security Alert disappear from the startup procedure?
