Knowing little more than you, go to Start, select Run, and then type
"Regedit" (without the quotes). This takes you into registry, where you
look for "HKEY_LOCAL_MACH..." (again w/o quotes). From here, I always have
to "feel" (WITH the quotes) my way along as I delete values as directed.
Again, w/my limited knowledge, I would begin all this by first creating a
new Restore Point--hoping to be able to backtrack if my deleting causes
