CD/DVD tray sometimes doesn't want to open. When I push the button, tray slides out just a bit and then closes again. Little light also flashes a time or two. This happens both when I use the button on the tower and when I try to open the tray using the
mouse command. Drives appears to work fine when I do get the tray open. Any ideas? Please try to phrase your answer in such a way that a 62 year man with little computer experiance can understand it.
