Hello,
I hope someone can help me. I run Windows XP on a Packard Bell Easynote
laptop. The laptop is 2 years old.
I have an error message in device driver for the CD?DVD driver: Windows
successfully loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot find the
hardware device. (CODE 41).
When i uninstall the driver, and run the "add hardware wizard" i get the
error message: A problem occurred during hardware installation. Your hardware
may not work properly.
Does anyone have any ideas how i can solve this problem as it means i cannot
use my integral CD/DVD drive.
Thanks for any help.
