I have a dell inspirion 11 - 3000 series 3137 - I restored to factory settings its all activated and everything seems to be working except I cant turn on the wifi -
When I go to settings I can turn the airplane mode off and on but the wifi and Bluetooth are not highlighted where you can do anything with it - Can anyone help me on this ? Thanks
