I have an ipod nano 6 and windows 8 and in February 2014 there was a windows update and since then I cant see my device either on my computer or in my iTunes as a device. Apple has advised me to do several things, done it all and still nothing. They then said it may be a Windows 8 problem and to see if there was a patch. Can anyone help as this is rendering my nano useless as I can't update any new music purchased from iTunes.\
