Hi

In Windows XP Pro Explorer, I can't select and print multiple documents (of
any type) without opening them. Nothing happens. I can print them by
selecting one at a time. Any idea why ? I found this facility very useful in
previous versions of windows.

Your 'print spooler' service may not be started. start/run, type:
services.msc

Doubleclick the print spooler service, and set the startup to 'automatic'.
Start the service, and test IE printing.

Thanks Mark, but this did not help as the Print Spooler is already set to
Automatic and is running after startup.
