cant play any video on onedrive, or on a site like halo (silverlight 5)

quick question, my windows xp computer has the latest version of silverlight and has a good graphics, so why does it say cant play it. plz have the latest version of silverlight even though I have 5, same thing happens on halowaypoint were I try to play one of the movies. but it works fine on xbox ambassabank, xbox live avatar editor, random video, etc. can some on help me plz?
