Can't open emails from Microsoft Technical Support

I can't open messages sent by Microsoft Technical Support. I called the Help line and they didn't know what to do and said to send another message to Technical Support which I did. Tech Support sent a reply which I also could not open. I called the Help line again and they gave me an address for Hotmail message help and they responded telling to go and search the community forums which again I did. All I found was to clear cookies but this didn't do anything.


I tired reading on a second computer both on Firefox and IE but just got the same answer that I can't view the incident. I also tried resetting my passwords but again this did nothing.


Does anyone know the answer?
