Cannot update Windows 8

Keep getting error message 80073B01 when I try to update Windows 8. I have tried disabling firewalls, all antivirus, and adding permissions. Still get the same message. Cannot access windows 8 store either. No updates since February. Any and all suggestions
are appreciated!
