Cannot shut down or restart in Windows 8 after install windows update

Every time I successfully logged in to the Windows 8 Pro with Media Center, when I try to shut down or restart it won't work, but hibernate is working.
I just reset my windows only, and after activated and installed windows update caused my shut down or restart totally not working.
  • Tried Uncheck the box titled &quotTurn on fast startup (recommended). (NOT WORKING, still unable to shut down or restart)
  • Tried &quotbcdedit /set disabledynamictick yes&quot in command prompt using administrator won't work!
  • Tried &quotshutdown.exe -s -t 0 &quot in command prompt also not working, after popup shutdown.exe, and display nothing :(
Any other solution? I can't even shut down for few days, just using hibernate, and I don't want to refresh windows or reset windows again, due to I lazy to reinstall software + games again.
I hope that there is other solution for me. Anyone reply help I would be very much appreciated. Thank you. :)
