Hi
I am trying to run a television program from a website. I am using XP Pro
and IE 7. When I try to run the video I get 'Done but with errors on page'
at the bottom left corner. When I click on it I get an error message which
reads 'SWF object' is undefined.
I've done searches throughout the Microsoft support site & Technet and
cannot find a resolution. Any suggestions?
Thanks
Paula

- Remove Adobe Flash and Shockwave using Control Panel --> Add or Remove
Programs.
- Reboot.
- Log on as an user with Administrative Level Rights...
- Using Internet Explorer, visit http://www.adobe.com/ and install Adobe
Flash and Adobe Shockwave fresh.
(Flash: http://www.adobe.com/go/EN_US-H-GET-FLASH )
(Shockwave: http://www.adobe.com/go/EN_US-H-GET-SHOCKWAVE )
- For good measure - after you have finished installing both, close all
Internet Explorer windows.
- Open an Internet Explorer window and attempt to visit whatever the site is
that you cannot currently view the video on.

If it does not work - let us know the specific site.

You may also wish to try downloading/installing Mozilla Firefox (Internet
browser) and attempting to utilize it. You will need to install Firefox
followed by using it to visit the same two pages above and download/install
the version of Flash and Shockwave for Firefox. I have actually seen cases
where just installing a third party browser and installing the alternative
versions (for Netscape/Mozilla/etc) of Flash and Shockwave have actually
fixed the problems you are experiencing with Internet Explorer as well... as
strange as that may sound.
