Hello. I recently picked up adware that I could have sworn that I opted out of when trying to install a program that was only designed for tablets and smartphones. I've ran Security Essentials and it removed everything but this adware, I've even installed another program alongside it that couldn't detect the adware. It's not present in the control panel menu or in any browser extensions. How do I get rid of this and could this be why my Internet Explorer will no longer load up and Windows Defender encounters error 0x800106ba when I try to turn it on?
