Cannot remove My.Freeze.com NetAssistant from windows XP computer on IE 8.0 Browser

The program does not show up in control panel "Add/Install" When I open multiple windows, Netassistant pops up and wants me to search using Yahoo. If anyone can help me uninstall this program I would be eternally grateful.
