Windows 2000 Cannot Log in

Dear all,
I have a win2000 server, When I press Ctrl-ATL-Delete to
login, I type in User name
and Password. It cannot login , it just go back to login screen again.
What can I do to solve this
problem.

What is the recent history of this machine?
