Cannot get the internet for other users of my pc

Hi
Today i installed norton antivirus complete, as a result my kids cannot get
on their sites and neither can the wife as my pc is shared and i feel that
norton is to blame any advice would be much appreciated.
Best regards and i look forward to hearing from you, by the way my pc is
vista, im having problems finding my way around, hence using xp.

You've provided no details of the problem, so it's very hard to help, but
just as a general comment, in my view, and that of many of us here, Norton
Anti-Virus is the single worst anti-virus on the market. If it were my PC, I
would install it ASAP.

If by "complete" you mean that it includes firewall options, open the
firewall settings and ensure that other accounts are permitted internet
access.
