can not see any type of security tab when I right click on a drive

When I right click on a drive, I chose sharing and security, but then there
is only the General,Tools, and HW tab. Please advise.

Simple File sharing is checked and it is NTFS.

You need to *uncheck* Simple File Sharing.

I tried that b4. It did not work. Do I need to reboot?

Could be a permission issue. Do you have administrative right, especially
it involves top level security changes of a disk drive.
