our users arent able to access certain web sites in terminal
services.

- microsoft.com, our OWA site, healthnet.com all work.
- but google.com, cnn.com, yahoo.com do not.
- logged in from administrator everything works.

any ideas what can be the problem?

A firewall? Trusted zones? Internet Explorer Enhanced Security
settings?
Can normal users access these sites from their workstations?
Which error message do they get when they try to surf to these sites?
