I am a County employee who uses MS Office and often need to take work home. I recently purchased Office Professional 2010 under the Home Use Program. It was purchased online, downloaded and installed but I did get a CD copy by mail afterward.
Ten days ago the HDD on my home PC died and was replaced. Backups of data were incomplete and all emails were lost. At the time of the HUP purchase I was not registered with Windows Live -- unless I was automatically registered at the time of purchase under my business email address? if so I have no idea what that password would be -- and so cannot log into my (only hours old, home email address based) account to retrieve the key that way.
I now have a CD copy of Office Professional 2010 that I cannot (re)install.
Please advise.
