It should have a shortcut in Start > Programs > Accessories.
What happens if you:
Click Start > Run, type in: calc and press Enter or click OK?
Calc.exe should be in C:\Windows\System32 or %systemroot%\system32

Strange thing it isn't listed in Programs by itself, or even in Accessories,
but found it in System32.
