C000021a error help needed

Hi all

Need help on the following BSOD error;

'The session manager initialization system process terminated unexpectedly
with status of 0x0000102f (0x00000000) (0x00000000). Stop: C000021a {Fatal
system error}'.

I have tried safemode and chdsk in recovery console but to no avail and
therefore lost to what else to do.
