Hi Guys,
I run a variety of Windows systems but have managed to screw up a version of XP that I still need to access. Quite simply I tried adding a further 50gig to my original 127gig partion on my 500gig HD. I used "Partition Magic" to do this and all seemed fine till I rebooted and now I get as far as the XP logo, instantly & momentarily followed by the BSOD - and back to reboot. I know with hindsight that this might have been daft but will Windows "R" repair come recover pick up what I believe to be missing Volume references????
Further i see many references to repair or recover.........are they one and the same????
Any help or ideas other than reinstall, that might help much appreciated.
