Business Contact Manager Displaying Incorrectly in Outlook 2013

Hi,
I have upgraded to Outlook 2013 and installed the upgrade to BCM 2013. However, my business contacts and accounts do not display properly. They seem to be using a standard contact form rather than the BCM form. For example, I can't see
linked contacts when I look at an account. I have tried uninstalling BCM and reinstalling, but it hasn't fixed the problem. I am using a shared database which has been upgraded to the 2013 format. Can anyone help?
