In day 14/07/07 I came across myself with a problem in the computer of
my neighbor, where the computer did not open the "navigator", nor
"windows explorer", whenever it tried to open the same ones asked for
to send an error report, as "bug" had never witnessed such would like
to know if somebody could help to decide the problem me.

You speak in the past, me thinks.

Your neighbor who has this issue:

- What is "the navigator"?
- When you say "Windows Explorer", do you mean "My Computer" as well or did
you mean "Netsacpe Navigator" and "Internet Explorer"?
- What version of Windows XP are they running (Home, Professional, Tablet
PC, Media Center or x64?)
- How 'up to date' are they with patches?
- What did they do right before the problem started?
- Has a system restore to a date before the problem existed been attempted?
- Does it fail for ALL users - including in Safe Mode?
- How current are their backups?
- Do they have all the original software installation media?
