On Windows XP SP2 Jpanese version :
AppLocale seemingly keeps memory of the last used codepage for a specific
application (eg Korean or Chinese) and will later load the same codepage for
other applications (eg a setup.exe which normally should be loaded as
Japanese). This results in unreadable messages from the application. I
suspect the faulty file is the AppLoc.tmp located in C:\WINDOWS\AppPatch\.
Any idea about how to circumvent this problem ?
