BSOD Problem. STOP: 0x00000024 (0x00190203. 0x86D1B570, 0xC0000102, 0x00000000)

This occurs on boot up every time. Started happening back in 2011. Got an iMac since then, so have just left this one alone. Inspiron E1505, Windows XP. I think it was up to date in 2011. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
