BSoD problem - DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE - halmacpi.dll+37ab and halmacpi.dll+37ab

Hi, I've been having BSoDs for the past few days for this problem. I'm using BluescreenView to look at the dump files, but can't seem to pinpoint the case other than it may be hardware/driver related. Can anyone provide help on this? Running Win 7 32-bit on a Dell Optiplex 990.
