My Dad just bought an EasyNote TE about 3 hours ago. When we got it home we filled in all the setting up pages that come up when you first turn it on. However, when this is completed an error window comes up saying ''Windows cannot complete the installation.
To install windows on this computer, restart the installation.'' We have turned off the laptop and went through the setting up pages 3 more times and windows will still not start. Is this something that can be fixed or will we have to return the laptop?
