Booting problem

I bought acer AO725 netbook and it has got windows 8 preinstalled in it. I wasn't satisfied with it and tried to change the OS to windows 7 pro. I have formatted all my drives. Now when i am trying to boot using my pendrive, i aint getting any option to boot using a pendrive. What should i do? My laptop is stuck in this position. I would be thankful if my problem would be cleared.
