The transceiver for the wireless keyboard and mouse is no longer working.
How can I get a new transceiver. The device is not recognized as a USB
device. It looks like it is melted or bent.

Locate the keyboard / mouse kit manufacturer and contact them directly.

Please direct your question to the manufacturer of your equipment.
This question has nothing to do with Windows and is inappropriate
here.

It just might be the Microsoft Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. It might belong
in a hardware discussion, but sreese did not deserver the kind of replies
he/she got. sreese, you can pick a new usb bluetooth adapter office depot,
staples, office max, or compusa(hurry before they close their doors)
