I'm working on a Dell computer running XP. After fighting to remove "System Check" I've ended up with a "Windows shutdown screen"
Tech Info: Stop: 0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x833940F8, 0xC0000102, 0x00000000)
I was able to save all my files before this screen. I now would simply like to reformat my hard drive.........
But how do I bypass this screen and get to a dos prompt to restore?
