Blue Screen: WHEA uncorrectable/Windows 8... 3rd laptop ordered and crashes first hour.....

2 minidump files zipped folder of two of the WHEA uncorrectable crashes occuring within 2 hours. Trying to get good computers at cheap price is hard. seems like all refurbished and open box computers are for a reason. Please help :( i don't want to return again.
