blocking certain web sites on complete domain

Hi all,
can anybody tell me how to block certain web sites on complete domian.
suppse i want to block www.youtube.com on my domain... how to do it?
i will be thankful for u if u can give me a solution.
 
You need a software like proxy or you may block it if your router has filtering.

Your firewall appliance should have an HTTP rule that allows you to add
sites by IP or by content type - so that you can refine what users can
access easily.

You can do this with ISA server. Another way is to use IPSEC. You set
an IPSEC policy on a computer to drop packets going to those web
sites. For example in a domain you need to set a group policy on the
computers that might use youtube. You can't use IPSEC to do this just
on the gateway server to the internet.

I think it is also possible to do this in DNS by forwarding DNS
request for the youtube IP address to a different IP address, i.e. the
company web site but they could get around this by typing in the
youtube IP address.
