Black Screen when I start in Normal mode after Updates.

This just happened to me after I installed recommended updates! I can boot windows in safe mode with networking, but if I try to boot normally I get a black screen. I am really annoyed.

I would either manually uninstall the suspected updates or do a system restore to a point before the updates were installed. Afterwards, I would install each update separately until you find the culprit causing the problem. Uninstall it and then right click on the problem update once you find it and select hide update so it won't be offered to you again.
