Bing search bar??

I am not the most tech-savvy person out there, so forgive me. But I know when I got my Surface RT there was a Bing Search bar on the home screen somewhere. I have somehow lost it, I would like it back! I can't find it in the store to replace it either. I am sure I am overlooking it somewhere, but can someone help me/walk me through this??
