Best Windows 2003 Edition

Hi,
I need to setup a Public Webserver, to run an own app, based on php and MySql.

What I need to know, is what would be the best Edition of Windows 2003
Server to set it up on.

The number of concurrent users shouldn't exceed the 100 at the beggining,
but it can grow up to 500 concurrent.

Windows Server 2003 Standard or Web Edition should work fine for you.
