When it comes to hitting the gym, if you want to listen to music, or even podcasts, having an armband or case made for the use while working out is a great idea. But which cases and armbands for iPhone are the absolute best?
Griffin miCoach Adidas Armband
miCoach is a service by Adidas that tracks your workout plans through Adidas' iPhone app. Griffin makes a miCoach armband that is made of ultra lightweight nylon. The screen of your iPhone is also protected with a plastic shield that still allows you to access and control your device. The band is also rated as being sweat proof so you don't have to worry about that or running in light rain.

The Incase Sports Armband Deluxe is actually many cases in one. When you're at the gym, attach the adjustable armband and clip your iPhone on with the included case. When you're done, just remove the armband and leave the case on for protection outside of the gym. There's a clip on the back which makes it easy to clip your iPhone to your belt or to another bag. Since this particular case doesn't cover your screen at all, you always have full use of your iPhone, just be mindful of sweat and water.
