awk to generate dynamic code

Hi all

I have a data in a file. It is dummy information but will fill it with more detailed info after I get the example done.

In this file I have names with positions.

----File.txt----
James Web Developer
John Engineer
Phill Owner

When I do a
Code:
awk '{print $1,$2;}' file.txt
I get the correct results.

But what I want to do now is have a bash script that takes the information from awk

And echo the information to something like this.

James is a Web Developer
John is a Engineer
Phill is a Owner

I have tried numerous for loops but still I am not gotten the desired result.

Hope someone can point me into the right direction.
