Automatic Update issues

I seem to be having a similar issue to others. My computer continually wants to do an automatic update on two issues: Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4 on XP, Server 2003, Vista, Windows 7, Server 2008, Server 2008 R2 for x64 (KB2656351)
&amp Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4 on XP, Server 2003, Vista, Windows 7, Server 2008, Server 2008 R2 for x64 (KB2600217)

This has been happening for a week, every time I shut down. Says it is successfully updated but then wants to reinstall once the pc is updated. I turned off automatic updates and tried a manual install from the windows site, seemed fine. So I turned
on Automatic updates and nothing is resolved.
