Australian storms, floods, etc

I read about the horrendous weather, deaths, and destruction
in Australia.

Anyone here live in Australia and affected?

I heard DSTM (Dougie), a resident of Australia, is okay in spite
of damage, floods close to him. Glad you are okay, Dougie! ♥

We do have some other Australian members but they haven't been here for a couple of weeks.

Thankfully, Dougie is okay.

That is the worst storm I have ever encountered.3 days of hell.
Today is better so looks like the storm has passed.
The noise was unbelievable and thought any moment my windows would get blown in.
I feel for those who didn't fare so well.
Lucky I live on higher ground and my home is solid and came out OK.

We just got over the terrible storm and yesterday we were battered with hail stones
Our yards were white.
Mother nature is not kind this year.
