ATER ADDING A SECOND HARDRIVE MY COMPUTER DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO SAVE MUSiC TO ANYTHING AS IT says I

Recently I added a second hard drive and now although I can access my files from the original hardrive, it will not let me download any files to external such as CD as it says I must 'contact the administrator!' Can you please help
me to solve this? Thanks.
